My second trip to Scotland

Dear all, it has been a while since my last post, but this doesn't mean that I haven't been doing anything. In fact the reason that I haven't written anything is that I have been so busy I haven't been able to find the time to post. Sorry! Now for my updates.

In July, we went to Scotland where we did lots of cool stuff. For example, I was let loose in the Merchant Square:

I had great fun in Aberdeen with crazy Andy and lovely Lynn (they are both lovely really):

Hanging on the telephone

For some time now I have been really interested in telephones. This week I even managed to play with and hide Dad's. It was nearly 5 days before he found it in the drawer where I stashed it.

Anyway, Marek and Elwira have saved this happening again by giving me my very own mobile phone. Here it is. A BIG thank you to Marek and Elwira for the phone.

Fun and Games in Berlin

This week we were in Berlin. What a crazy but lovely time we had. We met lots of people from all round the world, went to visit the German president at Schloss Bellvue, went on a boat trip on the Spree and let's not forget the fun ICE trip. Today is my birthday. I am now 1 whole year old.

No, that's not me. It was another cheeky monkey at the zoo. We went there with Andy and Lynn last weekend when they came over to visit us. We had great fun together and did some nice things. Andy is a little bit silly sometimes (see below for evidence), but I was really happy to spend time with both him and Lynn. We hope to see them again in Aberdeen in July.

My new trick

See how helpful I can be? Mum and Dad have been thinking about rearranging their cupboards for weeks. I thought they could do with a bit of a friendly push.

Darth Theo

I have been especially good in the last few days. I have not been very well, having a bad cough and really runny nose. The doctor prescribed this funny machine to help me clear my chest. He says I use it much better than lots of bigger children. Mum and Dad hope that I won't need it for long.

Crawling is for numpties

Most babies crawl. Not me! Much too common!

Thrill Seeker

So I'm getting used to swings now. The faster the better! Here Grandad is trying to go as fast as he can. The swing was too fast for Gran see the evidence below:

Today I went to the swings. It was great fun!
BTW today I am exactly 10 months old. Was für ein großer :-)

Asleep on the job

This is a rather cruel picture taken by Dad, but he thinks it is cute. I was eating my mush so well and then suddenly I fell asleep. Eating is hard work!

Quick Update

Here is a little bit of news.

I am now nearly 10 months old.
I have 7 teeth.
I can say strange words like "mamapapamamapapa".
I like to rolly polly.
I can crawl, but only backwards.
I don't like eating, but I love drinking!
I got my first bruise this week when I riggled (fought) free from mum when she was changing my nappy and became well acquainted with my cream box. Oops!

Hello! I am sorry that I have not written in a while. It is just that I have been so busy exploring the world, learning new things and discovering that I haven't found the time to write.

As you can see from the pics aboveI am much bigger now and my favourite thing in the world is rolly-pollying. I am the world rolly-polly champ. It is much easier than crawling and I can get where ever I want with this technique. Much to Mum and Dad's horror normally I get to the dangerous or dirty things, like cables and brushes.

I am also (after a battle) eating solid foods. I generally have a potato and other veg (parnsip or turnip etc.) for lunch and millet and banana as a dinner.
